were in the computer magazine PC World 1 / 2008 13 antivirus programs tested. Result: 1st place
GDATA AntiVirus 2008
No. 2 Norton AntiVirus 2008
3rd place BitDefender Antivirus 2008
Unfortunately, I was disturbed while reading the report of a phone call from a colleague's computer club. He meldetet that the antivirus program Norton 360 no longer working.
I then put back in place that This antivirus program lies not boot. It appeared a message that a DLL file is not Windows compliant and you should the disk (not CD) of the manufacturer to install again.
My diagnosis: viruses Trojans
the notebook
The notebook has been about a month ago re-installed and provided with all updates. Operating system: Windows XP, programs: Office 2007, Norton 360
solve the problem:
uninstall the Norton anti-virus package.
install the free anti-virus program Avast
remove the Trojan displayed with Avast.
Conclusion
From my point of view was blocked by a change in a DLL file, the antivirus program.
apparently have to also take advantage of top programs weaken the hacker. Swiss Toni
